With the real estate market  and car sales  down and with all the bs going on in the world  i think people will start thinking ahead and saving money , May be able to pick up a deal or two.

It's always possible that something weird can happen with the economy, and it's always possible that you can happen on a fluke "found in a barn" kind of deal.  In general, however, I think that what the others in this thread have posted is true.  If I were you, I'd still keep looking for the car you want, but be prepared to either wait a while to find exactly what you want or alter your standards if you come across something that is adequate.

Personally, I'd wait if I were you. Sounds like you're looking to buy to keep for yourself?  These high prices will not last forever. It's just like houses, this is a SELLERS market for Cudas, not a buyers market. What goes up....
