I suggest the stock style borg&beck Mopar Performance clutch with the 3 roller centrifugal assist. I have the McCleod brand, 10.95" with the 11" disk, behind my 440. The pressure isn't too stiff and the faster it spins the tighter it gets. The wife can drive it and it never slips when I jump on it.
With this type, you can hear the rollers rattle when you shake the pressure plate. If you buy the scalloped 10.95" make sure you buy the bolts that go with it. They will either be small 12 point, 3/8 bolts, or 6 sided header type bolts.
