BACK ONBOARD!
« on: December 02, 2003 - 11:10:03 AM »
hey guys its been along time since I've posted here! but I've been a little booked!!... but its eased up now......so here I am! lol........looking forward to talking to you guys!!  I'm just getting my car back up from a quarter replacement surgery! lol! I tackled it all myself ......alot of work ! but I couldn't stand looking at the rust pops anymore!! it has everything covered back there with por-15 rust prevenative paint so I should not have to worry about it again for awhile! just some blocking and the pint to go! lol!........soon I hope!.........later ....KC! ;D

Welcome back KC!  Looks like you did a great job on that body work.  Are you going to paint the car yourself?

thanks guys!!!!!!! yeah I'm going to paint it myself!! I repainted the trunk lid , inside the trunk, and went ahead and went orange on the rear bumper already ! it really makes it look different! the weather has kinda shut me down for a while and all the holidays don't help either!! lol!

LB69!.......yeah I already have it here it came in about a week ago! sure wish it was pinted !! so I could put it on! lol!! yeah the quarters were starting to rust in the lowers and had some rust pops above the wheels .......I just hated looking at it! so I bit the bullet! lol! but once this is done the car will be solid!! lol!

thanks again and glad to be back here!......later......KC!

Sorry LB,  bad reading on my part.  Actually, I love all Cudas (& Challengers), stripes or no.  I have seen some really great cars on this net w/ no stripes at all.  They have such great body lines that all it takes is a good paint job.   They are just the best.    Ovmf
