keep blowing fuses

No unfortunatley not Mike, going to the nats this year instead.

Which flasher did you change?  Disconnect the connector at the bottom of the steering column and see if the fuse still blows.

The heavy duty round silver cannister.

In place of the fuse, insert a 12v light bulb (using aligator clip leads or something). If it lights up (very bright) you have a short. This is only for troubleshooting a short. If you turn on a load (turn on the turn signal for example), It should dimly light the bulb.

That is the E-Flasher, the TS flasher is mounted to the ashtray.  Disconnect the connector at the bottom of the steering column.

is tyhe dome light fuse blowing out? if so you may have the wrong bulb in there
what was the last thing you touched or changed before the problem started ?

i know this is going to sound weird, but i had the same problem blowing my b up light and radio fuse and i found that i had accedentally pinched the reverse light wire between the bumper jack and its holder. Just a thought

I think I got the problem fixed, I used a multi meter attached to the fuse and played with thw wiring until I found the problem.  Thanks for everyone's input.

New problem:
The left turn signal indicator bulb is blown on the dash, the right side is easily accesible, but the left on is a pain to get to, I tried reaching under the dash at all different angles and can't reach the bulb, so I tried taking the face plate off with the lights, wiper, defrost switches and guage panel to access the bulb, but it comes loose when all the screws are out, but still has some resistance.  Any good way to change this bulb?
