Saw on the shoulder of the turnpike the other day.
« on: July 10, 2007 - 05:05:42 PM »

I was driving west on the Indiana Turnpike Sunday afternoon and saw a Toyota Prius parked on the shoulder, the owner was standing next to it holding up a handwritten sign that read "NEED GAS".
It was classic, I wish I had stopped and taken a picture.  Maybe he thought when it ran out of gas he could just keep going on the electric motor?? :smilielol:

Just the other day I was thinking to myself how funny it would be if I saw a Prius that had run out of gas.  :roflsmiley:

Here's a guy who owns one and ran out of gas.  http://www.mv.com/ipusers/lsg/Prius/OuttaGas.htm
Couldn't make it 2 miles on battery.  He was happy.

Check out the Cheers & Jeers section, guess which has more entries.
