392, I was out in the yard lookin' around yesterday, no broken belts. And we've got a few extreme hard hits. I do belive it could happen tho... Maunfacture defect? Already frayed who knows? Fortunatley it's got to be a VERY LOW percentage.   :grinyes:

The Dodge truck was only a couple of years old at the time of the accident, and the Toyota truck was a brand new truck. Apparently the husband of the woman that was killed in the Toyota is suing someone, as I just received a letter from an attorney yesterday requesting a deposition from my wife and I. ???

Yeah, I know! I don't know who the husband is suing or any other details, but I did see the accident as it unfolded. It appeared that the woman may have dozed off, as the truck went clear off the shoulder (wide shoulder, happened on I-10) and kicked up some dust then she jerked the truck back onto the roadway, turning it sideways then flipping. My wife didn't really see the first part as she was reading a book, but when I hollared and hit the brakes she looked up and saw the truck flip.
