You should X-brace the roof with some tubestock steel.
Then cut out your sections.

As far as the roof goes- no problem. I could cut it into sections and ship it to you. It is easier that way, and I don't think you need the whole thing.

Please send/post more detailed pics. People dig this stuff. It's very informative for everyone.
I do have done dents in the roof rails in some areas, but I will check, and post those images for you to see if it's worth your time.
Again, it's not bad.

Where are you located? I am in Southeastern Michigan.

PM me if you need to. Always glad to help.

Here is a gallery woth some images of what is left of the structure.

There are a couple of areas that were dented. If you need me to straighten them out and re-shoot the images, just let me know.

Post pics when you can. No rush here.... I have my hands full with 2 kids and a project car like no other.

I am going to borrow my frinds 220A spot welder at the end of the month. I will take some detailed shots of the process so all may see our plight.

You can do it piece at a time, but he is right, the structure has been smacked really hard- That sucker needs to be cut out and re-done.

We can talk more if you want. I would love to walk/talk you though the process. It's not too bad toreplace piece by piece. You can do one side at a time.

The only problem is I am missing some of the structure on the passenger side C-pillar, as I have cut some off. Looks like yours is OK over there- I think.

I can take some Hi-res pics and show you where to drill out the welds and replace the biggest section and the worse side first. It's easier than you think...

PM me if you want my e-mail and more info.
