1970 Charger help
« on: August 27, 2007 - 07:50:51 PM »
Hello,

First i would just like to say i know that this is probably in the wrong place, but i didnt know where to start this thread.

anyway, i am interested in buying a 70 charger in New York, I am located in California and can not look at the car for myself, so i wanted to see if someone could possibly go check out the car for me. I would pay of course.

I am writing here because i love this forum and also because i have seen that people on here do it for other people sometimes.

FYI i do have a barracuda...  :bigshades:

hope no one gets mad that i am asking and thanks.

any comments are welcome!

I can't help, I live in Texas, but no reason to apologize for your request - it is very reasonable. Good luck.

Which part of New York? I'm pretty far from NYC, but only an hour or so away from Upstate NY. We go to Jamestown, Salamanca, quite regularly to visit relatives.

You can't find them around here at all. I've got a project tucked in the back of my garage, but I bought it over 3 years ago, and I haven't seen one for sale since.

I have to admit I rarely see a 70 Charger 4 sale. 68's almost impossible. 69's here and there. Good luck in your search.

Have you checked out the dodge charger web site.  They seem to always have a lot more cars for sale than we do here.
