Now who's going to actually be the first to install a set and give a review?

Goodmark test fits all of there panels on donor cars. I have sold 4 sets of the 72-74 and had no calls or complaints of fitment. The 70-71 left that i have at the shop actually look better than the 72-74.?? When I hear of a problem I will post. the only parts that I know of that there is issues with is the barracuda decklid. Some are good and some are bad. Cuda SHAKER IS IN FULL SWING and should be out by years end if not sooner. I have 10 on order. No price has been set, I speculate around 600.00 to 800.00??

I don't know how many other people have the quarters installed by know but mine are on and done.  :woohoo:Both sides are fully welded and installed. Over all I would say they are a very nice piece. GoodMark did good. Even if they are made in Taiwan. Definitely need to bolt every thing up and match all the body lines before welding. You could be in a world of hurt if you mounted it off just a little bit! I checked and adjusted several times before finally welding them in.

I bought a hole punch from Harbor Freight to make the holes for plug welding it works pretty good. Much better then drilling all those holes.  The result is a very nice weld that looks like a spot weld. good for in the door jam and such.
I actually had a lot of other work to do while the quarters were off but you can read about that in the Twisted Fish post under restorations.

Looks good!  :ylsuper: I bought both sides, as well as the trunk lid and rear valence, but I have not installed any of it yet...

That's funny! I was going to ask the same thing! Pretty hard to tell the true fit and finish of those parts until after you've been through the final paint prep but they do look good bolted/welded on in black E-coat.

The trunk lid is definitely inferior to the new quarters. over all I would say its good. the underside is nicely detailed and looks like the later 70 and up? with all the cutouts for spoilers. It comes with the hold down and nut plates a nice bonus. The only bummer on mine was the rear lip as it folds down. There's an area that the bend radius is to tight and it's going to take some work to get it right. hard to describe if you want I'll take a pic or two of the lid. Its one of the older pieces from GoodMark and I've heard there is a big difference from piece to piece  :dunno:

Yeah I think it would look cool to do the whole car like that!  there is a place in Texas I think that will dip you whole car in acid then E-cote the whole body ( just metal no body work ) that would be nice but $$

on problem being is that the stamper is the same vendor that has been doing these for years and getting them to fix or take care of the problems on the deck lids is an issue. the challenger decks look and fit better than the Cuda one.

While the "trunk lid" subject is up, does anyone know anything about a company called "Tamraz's Parts Discount". Does this Tamraz merely sell Goodmark stuff? I'm asking because the lids in his pictures have all the spoiler cutouts but the Goodmark pics don't show any. conv340 did say his came with them though, maybe the Goodmark pictures are '72 and up. I'm thinking about having 2 lids, one with a spoiler and one without and see which way I like the car better.

to my understanding there is only ONE decklid from the same stamper that everyone is selling. regardless of the supply point. All of the cuda decks that are out there have the cutouts as to the challengers do not for the go-wing. I currently have 6 cuda and 8 challenger in stock. I searched Tamraz's store and did not see and of the e-body decklids.
It appears he is a big chevy supplier.
