I found out yesterday I'm going to be moving!  FREE RENT FOR TWO YEARS!!!! :woohoo:  TWO CAR GARAGE!!!! :woohoo:   I can't believe this!  A past client has to move to Italy, they asked me to watch their place here!!

I may finally get ahead! My plan is to save almost as much as I've been paying for rent now.For a down payment on my first place!     Finally getting a break!!   I worked 192 days straight saving for the 'cuda. Nobody's given me anything,I'm self made. Never done anything like this.I was looking for a new place anyway. This will allow for some more "car cash" I'm sure      I'll post some pics of the place tonight!

Very cool - the real estate and/mortgage industry is on a serious downward spiral right now and there should be a decent buyers market as result.

The downside might be that mortgage loans will not be as easy to get as in the past but save your money and take this time to improve your credit and debt ratio and you should be set for a right place at the right time scenario.
