    The guy owned the car for a long time, and the tag was on it when he bought it, he claims its a factory tag, but wan't 100% sure what it meant.

    That '71 had a shecualed production date of 9/02/07.  Did they start the production year in August for these cars like Challengers?  Was this just done as a check of the line assembly after like a month of proction?  :clueless:

    So is there a Challenger with one of these tags out there?  :dunno:

    1972 Dodge Challenger Rallye 340, AT, Code TB3=Super Blue, SBD=8/17/1971.  Yes, a Rallye without the fender louvers from the factory because of the body side molding option.

    Probably is a challenger and cuda out there with tags like these.  That is if someone didn't remove them for vanity.
