To be honest, I don't think anyone here retains those types of numbers in their heads.

Gossip gossip-----What's the story? Care to share? :blah:

Nothing secret or anything like that, I just know a lot about the car and what it was doing 20 years ago and though the present owner might like to hear about it.

Mighty nice of you to want to share the history of a car that you obviously enjoyed long ago

By the way some of us DO retain those numbers in our heads from long ago.

I guess I have been a gearhead for so long I just assume everybody cares about that kind of stuff.  On our honeymoon  in 1995, we stopped at the National Corvette Museum, and toured the Corvette assembly plant.  I was the one chosen out of our tour group to first start a car off the assembly line, and it happened to be a 1996 Corvette Grand Sport (1000 total  built).  I still know the VIN of that car too.  The guy on the first start of the assembly lines name was Ernie.  The red leather interior was pretty wild.

I guess I am just messed up.
