Went to put in my speedo gear and housing in my 4 speed and noticed it was eccentric. How do I know which way to position it? See pictures.

Do you see those 3 sets of number ranges? They correspond to what speedo gear you are using. So if your speedo gear has 28 teeth, then the 26-31 range would be at the bottom when you install the housing.
