73 cuda conversion

Man, how many of us can kick ourselves for not having the foresight to snap up cheap 71 Barracudas and 'Cudas? The one that haunts me is a rusty floored 71 Barracuda convertible, triple blue with 318, air, power top, column shift. Perfect grille and good body except for trunk and floor pans. $450 lol. I turned it down because of the column shift and the rust  Hell that car alone would buy me a nice 70-71 Challenger or 70 Barracuda vert in todays market

Can you post more pics of your 73 hotrod?  That is sweet.  Did you use your original tailpanel.  Love that car.

Here's a few pics.

The part that I love the most is the recessed side markers. Really cleaned up the looks of the car. Of course tucking in the bumpers helped the look as well.
The tail panel is the original. I think the round tail lights look fine. I own two 70's, two 71's and this 73 and I like them all. I wouldn't change the tail panel if I were you.

I put my Boyd Coddington 17" wheels on the 73 and it looks even better now. When using aftermarket rims, these cars need 17" or 18" rims in my opinion.
I'm thinking about going back to rallyes on my red 71 and leaving the Boyds on the green car. I'll try to get a few pics of the car with the Boyds.
