manuals
« on: August 24, 2007 - 08:50:45 PM »
Just wondering if there are any parts books or manuals that show what parts go where and sizes of bolts and such?  Bought my 73 Challenger already disassembled and dont know how they go back together.  I wont be getting to it til after I finish my 66 dodge d200, but would like one now nonetheless.  Thanks.

Call Tom Manzi in MA, he may still have a '73 parts manual for sale.  I don't know if he's able to ship it.

http://boston.craigslist.org/nwb/pts/401764335.html

The parts manuals are nice but don't expect an exploded diagram of everything.  They are still nice.  Parts manuals on CD can be found Ebay for like $35 or so.  They don't get into each little nut and bolt size.  The actual parts books vary in price.  Tom is selling them for $50 each or $30 each if you by 5 or more.  I think on Ebay these can get very expensive depending on the year.

Get the service manual too as it'll have lots of nice diagrams.  They can also be found on Ebay either in book form or CD.
