Got this right from their manual. Section 1.0: "It is designed for easy installation, even if you have no electrical experience."

My experience from back when I used to write manuals is this:  A company would ask me for my company for a quote to write a manual for them.  I'd supply the quote.  They'd freak out at the cost and assign an engineer to write the manual. The engineer a) is not a writer, and b) having designed the system in question is convinced that it's the easiest thing in the world to work with and really doesn't require a lot of explanation, and c) may or may not be a native English speaker.  His manual would be awful, and once enough end users complained, the company would come back to me to write the manual.

I went through their manual, seemed easy enough.  They give you the diagrams, all I had to do way lay everything out, match up the colors, and boom, install.

i agree with devil for once. The kit we're doing is very similar to the painless'. Its really, really, not bad  :dunno: just plain time consuming...

I did have some issues with the kit but I received a e-mail from Painless and they explained it to me. The problem is now I don't have time to work on the wiring until Saturday or Sunday again.
