« on: August 25, 2007 - 03:16:55 PM »
This guy has been helping me out with my car. He's a really cool old guy who bought this 69' RR in 70'. And has raced it ever since. It's got 21K on the ticker....all passes for him. I love the stories.I learn so much in like 10 seconds. :grinyes:

Thought I'd share this cool Mopar with ya'...          :cooldancing:

That's awesome!!!  It reminds me of a local's '69 RR he purchased brand new.  It's a sad story knowing he would have ordered a Hemi, but his wife said she liked the one they test drove. (and the current Hemi one at the dealership wasn't a color she liked.  ::))

His name is Rich.  I meant "old guy" in like the "teacher" way.  He has a way about him...all old Mopar. He's the best mechanic I've ever met.I just sit there and soak it all up.I don't talk much, just ask questions every now and then. He's like a dad.A "twinkle in his eye" all the time.Cool old Mopar guys are cool. He's a great teacher.I'm not such a good learner sometimes. But he always gets through to me. :banghead: I'd hang out around there anyday.  Clown,I'll let him know you like the car.  When it comes to these cars I'm like a sponge :screwy:
