not to change topic or anything, what hood do you have and what are you going to do with it?
All of the fiberglass places that i called said that they make the hood when you order it so they could probably raise the scoop higher if you want.

Yes, that is the raised carbon fiber hood from MCR.I started with a lightweight(race wieght) fiberglass AAR hood I got at a swap meet and sliced and raised it about 1 1/2 inches.I know,I know,
no pics yet cuz I`m still working on it.I`ll have pull it out of the garage and take a couple in-progress ones.

Finally got some pics of my hood in-progress,although not much progress lately as it`s looked like this for a month or so now.i`ll get back into doing the finish work in the next couple weeks.
