What spark plugs are you using in your 340?

Any recommendations for spark plugs for a 340, brand and heat range?

Autolite 65s are stock. I run Autolite 64s in my 318, i have a little higher comp, 9.8.  :wave:

Does gapping them larger make them work like a cooler plug?

no just makes a bettter spark as long as the coil is a high output

More resistance in the circuit to ground from the coil = more spark. Does make the coil work harder however. I'm around .040 as well, MSD coil/6a :2thumbs:
