Anyone familiar with these shop manuals?
« on: October 14, 2007 - 10:51:10 PM »
I am considering purchasing one of these manuals on disk or in book form for a 73 barracuda. Are they accurate? Anyone have experience using these? Anyone have a book or cd for a 73 that they aren't using any longer fs?  ;)
Thanks!

I bought one for my 1974 Challenger, they are pdf versions of the factory service manual.

I have both 1973 factory manuals that I bought new from the chrysler dealership back in '73.  One is the thick shop manual, the other one is a thinner body manual.  Sorry, but I'm keeping mine.

They are very precise with the information and pictures provided.  I would say that you would be making a wise decision by buying it, since the CD also contains the body manual.  I don't remember, but I paid at least that amount back in 1973 for the shop manual only.  The body manual was sold seperately.
