Big Block Pulleys

I've just had my 1974 Barracuda resurrected from a 'rust bucket' to 100% solid steel.  (Unfortunately I'm not doing the work.  The guy doing it is great with metal and pretty good with engines, but he is not a mopar guy)  The 318 engine was in rough shape and we found a good running 1978 440 to put in the car.  Almost everything is back together now and I'm told I need big block power steering brackets, pulleys (crank & water pump) and alternator brackets.  I am having trouble finding a crank pulley (it's a cast crank).  Does anyone know where to get a reproduction one or do I have to search the salvage yards.  What are my options?

Do you have AC or not? I have a 4 pully one that came of a 76 New Yorker 440 with AC. I got my pulley from a junkyard in Portland called Wildcat (www.wildcatmopars.com). They were good to deal with and sent me out a good set for the damper and water pump. I have seen other at places like Bouchillon Performance (www.bouchillonperformance.com), 440source (www.440source.com and The Mopar Connection (http://www.mopartsracing.com) and others, but I have not bought anything from them. Thanks for the info...My car is no ac so I don't think yours will work. If it will, let me know.   Right now I've put a lot into the body and I just want to get that motor running.  Will work on making it stronger in a year or two.  Again, thanks for the leads,  I haven't found many mopar people in my area and I really like this site and appreciate help from people like you.  Thanks

I am in the same position too. Not much of a Mopar following here either. Can't even hardly buy parts locally. I did basically the same thing you are doing. I converted my stock 340 to the 440 and had all sorts of issues to work through. The extra pullies I have will not work for a non-AC car. I had to buy "new" ones for the same reason, no AC. Good luck.
