can anyone give me any tips on cleaning glass. I have some spots/stains on my rear window that I can get out with traditional cleaners. Is there a glass polish or something that will work?

Did you try toothpaste? Not the new gel stuff. It has to be paste.

If that doesn't work you can get 3000 grit liquid glass polish from an auto body shop supply store. I use an old style razor to get overspray off.

Ultra-Fine, the finest you can get steel wool with some soapy water helps sometimes too.
