It is a SEM product and comes in one of those two-part plunger applicators like epoxy glue comes in. It is available at Finishmasters or other auto paint stores. You squeeze it out, mix it, apply it to the cuts and scrapes on the bumper, and you can sand it in 10 minutes. Evercoat sells a glazing putty to finish smoothing it, but since the bumpers have hardly any give (except for the very ends), we sprayed it with a couple of coats of Featherfill and then sanded it smooth.
