Problems with Legendary??

So, I was tinkering on my console lid the other day when i happened to look down. to my horror? threads coming out of my not-even-year-old $700 Leather Seat Covers. WTF!! So, Im not going crazy yet since i havent gotten a reply from customer service yet.

But, id like to be prepared. anyone have this problem? are there any garauntees on their products? or am i screwed since i didnt buy the recomended seat foam with them?

I've put Legedary interiors in 5 or 6 cars over the years and have never had a problem, they make nice stuff so your problem isn't anything they'ld accept as normal. if you don't get a reply soon I'ld call them, I think they'll take care of you.
