    Galen Golvier's White Book... it's only like $15 bucks or something... very handy!!! :D I believe Doug (stwheels) could also tell you... he's good with those numbers!! ;)

    No one know's the production numbers those records don't exist, how ever Galen will be able to help. Post them up here I've got the estimated numbers  :D
    Then there's always that even harder question to answer, how many still exist?  ??? ;)
