:newbie:  hello all. My name is Garret and i am 25 and new to this site. I own a 1970 'Cuda 383 4 speed car. It is my baby and have owned this car for 10 years. It is a factory black with bright red interior (i.e my screen name) and have loved it since I purchased it with ever dollar i had and were loaned. I am looking forward to learn alot and am all mopar through and through (except my daily driver) ;D I work at a salvage yard and am currently going to school to finish my law enforcement degree. I hope to learn alot.

Welcome to cc.com!!  Sound and looks like a sweet car and I would love it too!  Red interior would be pretty rare I would think with a black exterior!  I'm glad you joined us and post often.  Lots of great information here!!

Uh, officer, did you say you have a big block 4 speed mopar interceptor?   Love the colors and welcome.  Was it a long wait trying to get into here? Give us some more pictures of that fine car. :2thumbs:

Thank you for all your kind words. Its a alright car but it really needs a resto and alot of sheetmetal work. It was restored in the early 90's and was a really really rusty. The previous owner ( a family friend)said it should of been a parts car, but he saved it from death. I purchased the car from him when he got the car returned to him because a drug dealer bought the car from him and never transfered the title. He got the car impounded and went to jail. Well he signed all of his rights over to the car and i purchased it. Its still kinda a wreck (from what i want it to be) but i am going to put in the work. The interior is shot and same with the engine bay (please forgive they are terrible). I have been waiting for repro sheet metal and to get some funds together for the resto. The drug dealer trashed this car and even drove it through two winters. I am slowly gathering parts and even scored a 72 challenger for $25.00 for some pieces that are not repo. So thank you all for the kind words.
