It's still not a vacuum regulated style.   If you look at the factory style regulators on most of the EFI cars in the junk yards, you'll notice that everyone of them has a vacuum regulated diaphram.

I won't run one. My :2cents:

Most of the OE's are moving away from the vacuum referenced regulator
Most Mopars now have the regulator in the fuel pump/pickup/filter/level sender assembly (in the tank) and have been that way for a few years.

Here is one for an 05 durango for example:

The module assembly (5) contains the following components:

An internal fuel filter
A separate fuel pick-up, or inlet filter (3)
A fuel pressure regulator (4)
An electric fuel pump (2)
A lockring to retain pump module to tank
A soft gasket between tank flange and module
A fuel gauge sending unit (fuel level sensor) (1)
Fuel line connection (6) If the fuel gauge sending unit , electrical fuel pump, primary inlet filter, fuel filter or fuel pressure regulator require service, the fuel pump module must be replaced.
