Follow up to Intermittant Charging

As a follow up to my question, I swapped the VR and cleaned the ground up a bit on the firewall, one of the bolts wouldn't really tighten up so I may weld that one shut this winter and redrill.  But, I swapped the new VR in and it was charging fine.  I'll have to keep an eye on it.

I also picked up a new Alternator for the motor swap this winter either way...  I'll put that in when the time comes.  Came with a printout for 65A.  I'll need to add a bypass at that time since the Aftermarket Stereo and Amp will add to the existing loads.

Thanks to all those who helped!

Thanks for the update, the previous thread may just help someone else out. You know, keeping a known good one in the glove box ain't a bad idea.
