Sean Hyland 1965 Mustang with XV Level II Suspention.
« on: November 24, 2007 - 09:12:15 AM »
Look at this car that Sean Hyland have built for SEMA! It defently has the Level II XV suspention. Are XV moving into other markets? Or did Sean Hyland just cash his check for the Co-operation? Anyways, cool car even if it a Mustang.

I'd say it's probably a one-off.

man, that car is sweet - no wires showing under the hood. The fender lips look like they are setting right on top of the tires!

I never used to think much of Mustangs (b/c they're everywhere), but I'm seeing more and more the appeal as they have great proportions for power and handling.

This Mustang is a great example of what I'd want to do w/one.

$225k?  No thanks.  I can get a Lamborghini Gallardo Spyder for that.

There is so many bolt-on options for Mustangs (like Camaros), I don't see XV selling too many $15k suspension systems to the Mustang crowd.

Nice car though; kinda plain color.  I would have done pearl white w/candy blue stripes.  And some Shelby taillights.

Remember, however that they made more 1965 mustangs than all the ebodies combined. A much better potential for return on investment.

I just read in a post over at moparts that "We've already started a Level II for older Mustangs - most of the work is already done". Looks like the Mustang guys are in for a big happy surprise!
