WTB: 7 blade fan and clutch setup

looking for the hi cooling option 7blade fan and clutch setup.  Preferably the one with the V shaped stamping as illustrated below.

Not sure but I think 2863216 will work. Needs to be 18", 2.5 pitch, 7bladed clutch type fan.
