Is it on or near any busy streets/highways?  You could contact sign companies, they pay big money to place advertisements signs on peoples property.

A good way to make consistent money is what was stated before, do you own the mineral rights to the land? if you do then leasing a portion of it on the far side for oil/gas would definitely bring in good money with a well or two that make a nice show and produce. I know a guy who makes like 20k a month on oil royalties paid out on wells on his property. Of course he has like 7 wells and most of them around this area produce a good amount of oil and gas.
