ROMI, Just throw a per printing price. If it's $25 or $30, then say so. I'll be happy to pay that much to keep the calendar traditon going for the price of a generic gift card. (and get the resultant eye candy!)....
We've had too good of work on these calendars the past three years that its better late than never.
