Has anyone seen these fiberglass Cudas?
« on: December 15, 2007 - 06:37:42 PM »
Maybe this is old news, but I didn't realize that anyone was building them. Would love to see one in person. They come standard with a late model hemi and 4-speed transmission, presumably an A518 behind a 5.7. The site doesn't go into much detail really. No pics of the interior that I can find.
The prices aren't totally unrealistic though. They have one listed on ebay for $79k.

Kind of makes me glad that I own a few real ones though.

Maybe that's why they don't show pics of the engine bay. They certainly don't know how to market a mopar do they? I don't know of many mopar people that would want a chevy motor in their car.
Some people aren't exactly bright in my opinion.

These guys have been trying to sell them on Ebay for something like $60,000, but I don't think they have sold one, yet.

Don't see paying that much for one of those.
Got a pretty good start on my M46 optioned Barracuda restoration but now it is on hold till I can gather more funds.  Still need a few parts for it.  SIU Graduate 75 AAS Automotive Tech, 94 BS Advanced Tech Studies, 1997 MSED Workforce Education and Development

It looks like these guys have been trying to sell since August, but zero feedback.  Big surprise.

I saw that car in person.  Very cool.  It was at Button Dodge here in Kokomo.  They have a bunch of different kinds of cars, old hot rods, camaro, mustang that they sell.

Yup - no steering wheel in the pics, I like the design but the tail end is what really gives these cars character and they TOTALLY got this one wrong. Looks lik something out of one of the MadMax films.
