4 speed pedals for e body
« on: December 28, 2007 - 01:04:06 PM »
does anyone know for certain what 4 speed pedal setup works for a 71 challenger?  I've seen a number of posts indicating that a 71-74 b-body setup will work - anybody know for sure?
thanks in advance for any help here.

thanks chrycho - are you the same guy from dodgecharger.com?  I think you helped me out with some information on cudaken - he sold me something over there - thanks for your help.  Have you heard from Ken?  He was on the outs for a while - haven't seen much of him - wonder if he's doing OK.

I do have the pedal conversion kit in stock, I give C-C members 10% off the parts. visit our website, picture shown is of actual parts in the conversion kit. I also have all of the parts to convert to a 4 speed from an auto. le me know if this helps

ok, heres a question, what about a 75 B-body?

a buddy of mine has a setup from a 75 Charger Sport that had a 3 on the tree, and offered me the pedal setup.

well you would have to see if the 74 B/E pedal is the same or similar to the 75?? I do not know off hand .Didn't 75 change body style ? I'll check the 75 book and try to get back with you.

the body sheetmetal changed for 75, but the firewall, floors, and lower unibody is almost exactly the same.  I have several 73 Charger sourced parts on my 300.

Weird thing about 75 Chargers, you had the SE (Cordoba Charger) or the Sport (which was like the Fury Road Runner body)

I can't argue w/ the price (FREE!!!) and I didn't think that any 75+ b's had a standard shift...
