Thanks for the compliments guys, I am certainly proud of the results! Most fun I've ever had with my Dad! The before/ after pic is in "The Classics-Show me your E-bodies" page 8. :)

Hmm,  plans :D   I wold like to upgrade under the hood, only 318 out of a 69' coronet 500 now with MP cam.  Thinking of what I can do with it.  Would love to get my hands on a 340, but $$$ouch :o  Hoping to get lucky.  I have been throwing the 360 Idea around a bit also.  Thought about BB, but going to stay small. ::)

Wheels and tires are on the list after that.  Who knows, maybe look for somthing finished! ;D  E-body drop tops are too sweet.

Sounds like you've put some good thought into it, glad to see.

IMO, bide your time for as long as you can handle. Save some $$$, look around keep an ear out just don't rush things. If you want something it will come. I'd go a 340, they aren't slow and are capable of good hp (500). I'd prefer a BB but that also cost money and if your not trying to set a land speed record you don't need one if you are scrapping to buy it.

Good luck on what ever you buy and keep me/us posted  :D
