How hard is it to change them? Aren't they welded in? I'm curious because I love those style lights but mine being a 73 has the rounded ones.

Takes work they are spot welded in. They make tools for that. But it still takes time and tlc. Just don't get into a hurry.

Eastwood and others have a tool but it breaks a lot. It seem a lot of people just drill out the original spot welds.

Made some of my own tools for that also and some bits are better than others even modified the bits so they would not cut all the way through.
