70 cuda grille from bea parts!
« on: February 18, 2008 - 10:47:25 AM »
I was just on beaparts.com and they have a complete finished 70 cuda grille with trim red bars, plymouth emblem, and parking lights for $1599. Seems like a good price to me when you consider buying a grille from Goodmark for 900, buying complete parking lights for around 575, red bars for 100,  plymouth grille emblem for around 40 and the textured paint for 20 a can.

If you buy one, let us all know what it looks like, how it fits and what you think of the quality.     :grinyes:

If they use the Goodmark grille to start with I can tell you they look and fit great. I installed one of those in my 70 cuda and absolutely love it. The only problem with the Goodmark grille which isn't really a problem, it comes painted gray and no texture. So I just ordered the textured paint from Totally Auto and everything worked out great. It looks like this one is already textured correctly. I will probably order one later this year to make sure that I have one for my next 70 cuda even though I don't have it yet.

Beautiful--headlight buckets and the chrome to match.
How far away is Christmas?
I think the ebay market on cracked up grills just dropped.
I wonder if it is available in the AAR black?

Will that fit in a 73 without any problems? I like the 70 grill much better than the 73 grill.

Would be great if they offered the same deal with the AAR chrome instead of the red bar insert aswell, this would then accomadate for AAR, Gran Coupe and M46 owners  :2thumbs:

No probably not . . the 70 grill was unique for that year.  You would need the 70 front valance for it to work.
