I really hit very little snow.  In fact the only snow I actually drove in was when I stopped back at the ski resort Sunday to snap photos - the whole lot was covered in snow.  I took the liberty to enjoy some drifting and deliberate fish-tailing...  :)  But even then, she did fine.  I imagine that the 440 would be much harder to drive in the snow.

Sounds like a fun trip but way too much salt on the roads here in Michigan . . . I'm not going anywhere.   :nono:   :grinno:

I'm with ya 4Cruizin...we have more salt than snow at times.  Not to mention that the salt dust is almost worse than the salt itself.  Perfect recipe for rust.

A good job drivin' the Cuda.  I never understood what the point was of having a car you couldn't drive.

I agree and disagree at the same time.  If not for me controlling how much I drove my Cuda, I know that it would not be here today.

By that, I meant that at least he isn't afraid to drive it.  I didn't mean that it had to be driven all the time.  When mine is running, I doubt I'll put more than 2,000 miles a year on it.  With gas at $3.00+ a gallon and an 8-10 mpg 440, I wouldn't be able to afford to drive it every day.  That's why my daily driver is an '87 Civic hatch getting 28-30 mpg instead of my '94 F150 getting 12 mpg.

I personally have no use for million dollar cars that are garage and trailer queens, no matter how rare.  I understand protecting your investment, but if you can't drive it, it's just art.  Others may have a difference of opinion and I'm glad they're out there to keep the really rare cars alive.  I just couldn't do it.  Than again, maybe I'd think differently if I had that kind of money to spend.   :dunno:
