Would you do this in your convertible?  Picture from march 1999 High perf Mopar.  I won the burnout contest.  The car smelled like smoke for two months.  ;D

It was for 10 years. The green one. I sold it about two years ago. the pink one is my brothers i sold it to him 10 years ago..... I cant stay away so now i am building the white one. it will be a 440 6pk R/T clone.  I am an aircraft mech but do this on the side. Hell yes its worth fixing!!!  I wish I had one in about that shape im looking for a 71 Barracuda/Cuda Rag Top.  If you come accross one please let me know, in the last few months there have been 2  71 converts that I have let get away due to $$$ flow!  Please keep me in mind.
