New rotors, definetly, especially if you need them already. There's $55 each. New pads, at least semi metallic $40. Ceramics aren't bad either, $40.
Beyond that there is the upgrade from 10.87 to 11.75 rotors, $55 each. But they require the longer caliper brackets ($15-100 depending on source) and 15" wheels ($80-1000).
Once you get there, next step up would be Wilwood calipers $140 each, pads @ $40, plus the matching caliper adapter $180, on the 11.75 rotors.
There also is the Viper caliper route on 11.75 rotors. Calipers run $400-800 each. Caliper brackets are $180. These also require you convert BACK to A body drum spindles $30-100, plus pads, $50-100.
After that you get into 13" and 14" stuff which requires 17" wheels and easily runs $1000+.
