Hey guys,
This is interesting reading, it sounds like Dodge had to help some of their old duffer salesmen with some terminolgy to help close the generation gap with their customers in 1970.
There are four pages;

Good stuff. I learned a lot. Like an engine is a car's source of power (I always thought it was dilithium crystals).

I think most dealers did not pay attention to this. Wish they had and maybe just maybe the E-bodies would still be around.

That was a great read. I can imagin a salesman having to look throught stuff then take the test like what was on page 4
It is an easy test after reading through the first 3 pages, but some of the questions might still have the salesman scratching his head. Even though we could ace it easy now adays....thanks Barry

That is some great reading once again Thanks Barry
The vert in the pic is really cool,no R/T emblems or hood callouts.
I do have an original scat pac jacket patch(probably not that rare huh?)just to the right of the 426 Hemi emblem

Barry that read was great! Funny they would have a pick of a Petty car from his "ford" transgression....

That bulletin is a great find, another insight into the late 60's and our cars heritage. The basis of it's creation in a sense. Thanks!

Why?
Remember that was current when that pamphlet was created. What better picture to post than a Dodge leading a Petty because he was driving a Furd.

I just do not recall ever seeing a Ford in a Chrysler brochure before.
