1970 340 engine
« on: March 02, 2008 - 02:09:47 PM »
I have a 1970 340 enigne I bought awhile back. It is out of a truck...ya. It last ran 2 years ago. It is not locked up and has had antifreeze in it since in the truck. The engine is complete but does not have the factory "j" heads, they are newer casting. Asking $800.00 for the complete engine it did run but I would rebuild it.

Just doing a little checking, any way to know if the engine is standard bore or if it has been bored oversize? Thanks.
