I doubt that this will yield any results, but you can place them side-by-side (with bushing ends on ground) and if one is taller than the other, you can assume that one is flattening out. It would be nice to set them up next to new and see how they stand up? Maybe you can get a measurement from Firm Feel or someone and they can tell you what the height is from ground to center on new ones, then you will know if yours are worn or not. You can always take them to a spring shop, see what they say.
