    I had a bad valve on top of the power steering gear. The power steering wouldn't turn quickly if I tried to turn fast. Very bad when sliding around. I being 16 and my first car, I didn't know how to fix it.

    I kept every good part, took off every single bolt, then rented a cutting torch, cut it up then threw it in the wooded area by my old house.  I still have some of the parts to this day.

    The wooded area, since 1977, has been built over with new houses.  There wasn't anything worth saving that I threw away.
