Rear Quarters - YearOne vs GoodMark & Others?
« on: March 01, 2008 - 11:56:15 PM »
Anyone have any recent pictures of any after market metal for rear quarters? Any major differences in the Goodmark, Yearone or other brands like (Sherman)??

Example:
Yearone's KQ526LH part  VS  Goodmark's 2422-600-72L part, which one is better? Areas I am concerned about is how they line up, corners wrap, welding concerns and even the metal that bolts to the rear valance if they even come with that edge.

Jim - just get the best deal on one with the authentic "Mopar Restoration" sticker on it. I got the Goodmark and my body guy praised the fit and the fact all the little tabs and things were there like the original. We bought a Chinese half quarter for the left side and it ended up being so screwed up that we chopped it up and used it as patches.

73EStroker - Thanks for the post. Got any pictures of the rear quarter before it went on? I'm leaning towards the Goodmark purchase based on what I have been hearing on the quality and fit.

Does anyone have any pictures or stories of YearOne parts? Even better are Yearone parts considered authentic "Mopar Restoration" parts? (Haven't dealt with them in years, like 12 years, are they worthy?)
