Getting someone in this area to recommend a painter (or bodyshop) is a little difficult, as I found out.  I found a guy who did outstanding work on my Challenger, then up and left the state with some of my money and parts, and has never been heard from again.  Unfortunately, there are a lot of those guys, so people are hesitant to give recommendations.

Having said that...I was originally going to have B&B Collision in Royal Oak do my car.  The cars I have seen from there are outstanding, and the owner seems like a straightforward guy.  Their shop was overbooked, or they would have done my car a couple of years ago.

fishn4cuda is in North-West Ohio. He is the one that did a ton of work for Cudaguy's car. Maybe you can go on a road trip?

When it comes to making my car right I will do just about anything.  The verdict is still out on what to do with the spoiler. The car wasn't born with it, so I don't want it, but I don't want a mismatched car ethier.  :banghead:

Motor City does good work -
eastside N/E of Detroit - Clinton Twp
M-97 - Kelly road area

This is all they do - is resto work.
they will rent you the booth if wanted too -
if its open -
and or let you work on your car in the shop!

Yup, I talked to the owner before, when they were on Gratiot, and looked at some of the jobs they were working on.  Looked like they do a good job.
