Shifter Bezel Blues

Any suggestion on fixing my slap stik shifter bezel?

The blue light cover on the inside of the bezel is busted.  It is still in there and looks to be intact, just busted around the base. 

Any sugestion on how to pull the bezel apart, fix it and put it all back together?

You waiting on a sm blk pump from me?  I am getting it out right now.  I dont think I have the part your needing for your slap stick tho. Should be easy to find and replace

Hey Al if you mean a manual sterring shaft, yep..thanks for the update.  I will also send out the drip rails to you this week!

Yeah, I think I could find the part, but I am just about taped out on this project, and this is another one of those little unanticipated costs, so I was hoping to fix it and just make do with it for now.

I ended up supergluing my light cover to the base. It doesn't get much contact or movement so only a little contact area seemed to be necessary. I popped the housing off the rivets (carefully) and then pressed the housiing back on. I used a little bit of epoxy to re-secure. No problems so far.
