Looks like in the OD Trans...there is a big difference from first to second gear.  Are we able to mix and match gears to get what we want or are we stuck with what is in the OD trans?  Like maybe going 3.09-1, 1.91-1, 1.34-1 and then .073-1

no mix & match available , the countershaft cluster gear is one piece so you cannot switch the ratio
