Mecum Auctions on HD this past weekend
« on: April 10, 2008 - 11:22:50 AM »
HDNET ran about 4-5 hours of the Illinois Mecum Classic Car auction last Saturday.  I got to catch about 2 hours of the show and it really seemed as if not much was selling.  I saw a 6 pack 70 cuda only hit 30k and a 70 Super Bee hit about 25k.  Neither of these sold.  Car after car went one the block only to not hit the reserves.  Anybody catch the whole thing?  Was this a trend or just me seeing things?

Money is tight right now. I'm just glad I don't need to sell a car in this market.

HDNET is one of the HD channels offered by Dish Network.  I don't believe there is a website.
