Good progress ADZAN.    You have a favorite tool for cutting the existing panels out?..
I need to buy something for the job.

Looks like your just about ready to weld it in place. The one piece trunk floor is the only way to go.

i just took my trunk out last week.  i bought one of these spot weld cutters http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000OUZBQY  that thing worked pretty darn well although i seemed to consume the bits at a good clip.  i used a regular 4 1/2 inch grinder with a cutting wheel to cut out around the wheel housings and along the remains of my trunk extensions.

ive noticed lots of people have problems fitting their pans and i was no exception. i had to trim and massage a couple corners.  i dont blame this on the manufacturer of the pans too much given that i ended up with a coffee can full of factory installed seam sealer just from the trunk pan alone.

Great start, how is it going.  When do you expect the trunk floor finished :jumping:
